PRESS RELEASE by CAMANCHACA CULTIVOS SUR
Due to the impossibility of having open routes for the means of transport that allow the food produced at our Rauco plant in Chiloé to be moved, receive critical supplies, or dispatch organic waste, the company has decided to completely discontinue their mussel production.
The conditions of the routes in the interior of Chiloé, the accesses to and from the island, and the cold warehousing conditions in the area, make it impossible to continue with the mussel harvests from our farming centers, nor with the production of food to base of mussels, called in Chile "choritos".

In addition, to another group of workers supporting productive work, he has been granted vacations for 15 days.
